Henrik Sorensen, foreman of the engineering department at Kallesoe Machinery A/S, is a happy man. Today, “his” new Mazak multi-tasking machine that he has been waiting for for some time is being delivered.

"It's a fantastic machine," he says enthusiastically. "At Kallesoe Machinery A/S, we have always manufactured the vast majority of machined parts used in our various machines ourselves and this machine allows us to do it faster and more efficiently than before. This is especially true for parts, where we have to change tools often - with the Mazak machine it’s all done fully automatically."

This recent acquisition also shows that Kallesoe Machinery A/S welcomes the future - despite many gloomy voices.
"Our order intake is stable and we receive more enquiries for Kallesoe Machinery's products than ever before, not least for our high frequency plants," says COO Kristian Kallesoe. "Like so many other companies, we try to optimize and streamline our production for the benefit of our customers - and the acquisition of the Mazak-machine is part of these efforts."
