The energy taken from the low-voltage three-phase power supply is transformed up in the RF generator by a transformer, is rectified in a semiconductor rectifier, passes through a filter circuit and is finally fed into an oscillator tube.

Together with a resonant circuit, the oscillator tube generates the high-frequency energy in a self-excited and frequency stabilised oscillating process.

The resulting RF energy is led through filters, a feeder tube and a power regulator designed according to the purpose, and from there fed into the treatment facility (press, dryer, welding equipment, etc.).

power regulator
The power regulator is a unique solution that ensures an efficient control and adjusting of the power output. The system allows a controlled warming up and cooling – the power output can start at for example 20% and rise to 100% over a period of time, depending on what is the optimum for the product.
Depending on the use of high-frequency energy and the size of the unit, one or more power regulators are installed.
