This specially designed cutter has been manufactured for the milling of round steel bars. It is fitted with an adjustable feeding table to enable a quick and efficient feeding of workpieces into the cutter. When the workpiece is correctly placed a hydraulic vice will hold the workpiece before milling starts. The cutter is PLC controlled, and it is possible to save recipes for each dimension to be milled so that the cutter and the vice jaws can be set automatically when the operator chooses a new dimension. The cutter can be designed to fit exactly to your wishes for specifications and for workpieces to be processed.
