This welding fixture is designed to a welding process in a robot installation.
Pre-programmed settings ensure that the fixture is correctly adjusted to the work piece placed on the template. The three fixation arms place the work piece at the right position and hold them using pneumatic cylinders and a magnetic device.
The fixture can be installed on a swing device which automatically swings the fixture into the welding robot.
When the welding process is completed the fixture swings out again and the fixation arms automatically open to easily permit the operator to remove the finished work piece and place a new one in the fixture.
In order to achieve optimal use of the welding robot, it is possible to add several welding fixtures to the same process.
