This highly efficient palette table type KAF completes automated system of a robot installation. The only limit is the working time on each workpiece. When installing this system the entire production time will be significantly lower, as the operator will be able to keep the production running just by filling the table with workpieces as needed. A straightening system ensures that the workpiece is always in the correct position.
The feeding system forms part of the production line in cooperation with a robot installation and a CNC facility.
Available with up to 200 palettes.

Description

Cleaning of the product is minimized as the top plate is made of 2mm stainless steel plate and bolted down. The sides are covered with 2mm painted plate.

The table is equipped with a straightening system ensuring that the workpiece will always be in the same position when removed. Two pneumatic cylinders operate a holding arm through bearings which run on INA-guides. The straightening arm is equipped with polyester claws which ensure that the workpiece will not be damaged in the process.

The palettes are being carried around on the table using a strong chain which is driven by a 0.18Kw worm gear motor. This ensures a stable and smooth pace – even when all palettes are fully loaded.

The feeding table is equipped with three inductive sensors which always returns information about the position of the workpieces. The table is equipped with an emergency stop wire.

The feeding table is very user friendly and easy to connect in a cycle with a robot.
