Groove pulling unit
Kallesoe Machinery A/S manufactures a large number of special machines, among others specially designed groove pulling units for broaching of key grooves in belt pulleys and sprocket wheels.
The advantage of the Kallesoe Machinery groove pulling units is their flexibility: They have continuous speed control and a variable pulling length which enables a setting of the pulling length to the length of the pull broach. The work piece can be changed very quickly and the control allows the operator to save recipes for each pull broach (speed, pulling length).

This hydraulic groove pulling unit is specially built for a robot solution.
The unit has a pulling effort of 20 tons and a pulling length of 1300mm. The equipment comes with a chip conveyor if desired.
In this solution, the working safety and the reliability is very high, and it can run unattended for up to 24 hours at a time.
