Robotic Unstacker
This robotic solution is designed to unstack lamellas from a pallet into a hot press plant.
The robotic solution can feed lamellas into the plant from three different positions in a predefined sequence. When a pallet is empty the robot stacks it on a fourth position.
The illustrated vacuum head can handle lamellas from 400mm to 3.000mm, and it is possible to custom-design a robotic unstacker with the number of positions that fits exactly to your needs.
At a lamella length over 3.000mm we recommend a vacuum gantry instead of a robot.
