The high frequency plant from Kallesoe Machinery A/S is a particularly efficient production plant with high capacity and very short pressing times.
The high frequency plant can be adapted individually and can, as illustrated above, consist of a belt conveyor, a lay-up system with cross conveying and setting-up device and finally a high frequency press with inlet and outlet tables.

With this production line, you will have the most reliable high frequency plant on the marked, ideal for, among others, the production of structural beams, frame wood, prefabricated walls and solid furniture boards.

Kallesoe Machinery A/S' high frequency plant has been designed to achieve the highest reliability and speed. The following presents three specific details of the section press plant, details as to ensure the best and fastest cross conveying, laying-up and pressing of the wood.

The lamellas are layed-up manually on the belt conveyor before the glue applicator.

After the glue application, the lamellas are led on to Kallesøe’s unique lay-up system.

The dual roller conveyors of the unique Kallesoe Machinery lay-up system mean that the cross conveying can be done in two stages before the lamellas reach the stopper. This allows the lamellas to be sent off at a quicker pace after each other, and it prevents them from hitting each other during the conveying.

The order entry for the whole plant is done on a free standing operation console with touch-panel.

 

 

After the cross conveying, the glued lamellas are set up, straightened and joint. On the belt conveyors the lamellas are efficiently held in place while the subsequent lamellas are added.

The number of setting-up devices and their spacing is tailored to the customer’s specific needs.

The inlet conveyor before the HF-press is equipped with side supports to prevent the lamellas (short lamellas especially) from overturning during transport into the press.

Order data from the lay-up system are forwarded to the control console of the HF-press – and on to a possible subsequent stacker system. This way, it is possible to follow a lay-up through the whole process, and an optimum and correct working of the workpieces is ensured.

 

The high frequency press type LHF is sturdy and strong, and the hydraulic system is strongly dimensioned with a 2-step pumping station and controls ensuring maximum cycle speed The pressure is adjusted fully automatically according to current workpieces.

The plant is fully and safely shielded to avoid electrical disturbance of the surroundings.

The press is equipped with a high-performance and reliable high frequency generator ensuring very short pressing times. The generator is water-cooled and meats of course the CE standards. The ideal anode voltage is maintained by the PLC-controls.

It is possible to connect a printer to provide documentation for proper pressing times and power for each pressing cycle.

We supply various replaceable plate templates for the top plate, allowing the pressing of L-profiles for for example door and window frames.

The press can be manufactured in many different sizes and with generators adapted to the specific needs of the customer.

The press can run endless beam lengths continuously – only the handling equipment before and after the press determines the maximum length of the wood.
